  • Scared of having to quit the wrong thing and wasting a heap of time and money?

Welcome to our online neighbourhood! You'll here from me in your inbox but if our neighbourhood doesn't suit, you can opt-out at anytime.

Here’s what this actually is

You know how you finish high school and are suddenly faced with decisions you haven’t had enough experience to feel confident making?

Before you decide, Find Your Kind of Career gives you a structured way to figure things out through micro-experiences and mini actions, not guesswork.

Because in a world where most of us will have multiple jobs across multiple careers, knowing your kind of career isn’t a one-time decision, it’s a skill you’ll use again and again.

So, I'm launching the first ever, Find Your Kind of Career... our very own group coaching cohort!

The founding cohort

So… what this first cohort actually mean?

It doesn’t mean less important it just means the first time I am running my course in this group coaching style.

Here’s what that looks like:

🌏 You get access at a heavily discounted beta price (50–70% less than the final version)

🌏 You go through the course as it’s being built — hot off the press

🌏 You give honest feedback (the good, the bad, the “Isabella this makes no sense”)

🌏 You get way more of my direct attention because the group is small

🌏  Your questions and voice help shape a course that will support hundreds (maybe thousands) after you (yes — this is part of your legacy too)

🌏 If you’re a perfectionist who likes to challenge ideas, that’s not a problem here. It’s genuinely an asset.

The founding cohort

How this works (no surprises)

🌏 Length: 6 weeks instead of the full experience 12

🌏 Time: ~5–8 hours per week of your time to do the work

🌏 Format: 1 weekly live group workshops + guided experiments to get you building real experience

🌏 Investment: Only 10% of the full price

The founding cohort

What changes by the end (realistically)

You future is so big and beautiful, you won’t magically have your entire life figured out in 6 weeks but, what you will have:

🔓 Fewer mental tabs open

🔓 Language for what actually matters to you

🔓 2–3 career directions that feel real to you and not random

🔓 Proof that you can make decisions wit

🔓 Momentum instead of constant second-guessing

🔓 You’ll stop feeling like everyone else is ahead and start feeling like you know your way.

Is this you?

Sound familar?

🌏 You’re on a gap year, in your final year, a recent grad, or mid-degree and quietly panicking about what you do next.

🌏 You’re sick of vague advice and personality tests.

🌏 You want meaningful work and to be financially okay.

🌏 You’re stuck in decision fatigue and need a structured approach to follow.

🌏 You’re willing to actually try things, not just think about them.

🌏 You don't want to be in this same headspace in 6 months.

The Beta way

What we’ll be doing

This is moving week to week from no idea to clear view of your kind of career.

Here’s the rough shape of the six weeks (and yes, obviously, we’ll refine it together in beta):

Week 1 | Find Your Kind of Career

We start by mapping your puzzle pieces: your story and your definitions of what your kind of career can look like into a real career. This is where we move from I’ve got absolutely no clue” to “Oh… this actually makes sense.”

Week 2 | Skill Receipts™

You’ll learn how to turn “I have no experience” into actual evidence of what you can do because you do have skills! This is how we learn to see them and talk about them so you maximise your real career luck!

Weeks 3–4 | Your Power, Your Voice & Career Luck

This is where things start to click. Here you’ll figure out things like: how you naturally create value, how you communicate it and how to connect it with real opportunities. This is the shift from being supported to figure things out to getting support for the thing you want to do.

Week 5 | Mini Experiments

(aka stop thinking, start testing) You’ll design and run small, low-pressure real-world experiments. This isn't about big commitments. Just real experiences for real feedback.

Week 6 | Find Your “Thing”

This is where we bring it all together. You’ll learn how to talk about what you’re moving towards in a way that sounds grounded and confident, not vague or apologetic. So when someone asks, “What do you want to do?” you finally have a real answer.

The first cohort

What I ask from the first cohort (eep!!)

📓 Honest feedback, tell me your real thoughts, you don't need to just politely nod

📓 Willingness to show up for calls and workshops so we can design this together

📓 Be ready to do things, try mini experiments, not just consuming content

📓 Write a little testimonial or case study at the end if this genuinely helps you.

Let's decide this together, 1-1 or a group experience

1:1 Coaching

Stop asking the wrong people for opinions and start working with someone who actually gets it.

Group Experience

Because figuring this out alone is hard, overwhelming, and honestly just kinda boring.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions are totally normal, here are a few you might have.

Question 1: What if I don't have time?

If you have time to overthink your future, you have time for this. This just gives that energy somewhere useful to go.

Question 2: What if I still don't know at the end?

Then you'll still be further ahead than you are now, with skills and methods you can use everytime you have to make a new decision about your future.

Question 3: My parents/grandparents might help pay, is that weird?

Not at all. This actually makes those conversations you have with the people who care about you easier! You’ll be able to show them how you are proactively working to figure out your kind of career.

Question 4: I'm so awkward in groups and I hate speaking in public. Can I still do this?

Yes! This isn’t a debate club. You won’t be forced to perform or have all the answers and I will be there to facilitate the conversation so everyone is able to be seen and heard in a way that feels comfortable to them.

Question 5: What is I've already 'wasted' time on the wrong degree/course?

I will teach you how to see everything you have done so far as data, we will use it all. I will teach you how to see there’s no such thing as wasted experience, only experience you haven’t learned how to interpret yet.
